Services
Negotiations
We assist and advise your organization throughout the entire negotiation process, supporting you with tactical, strategic, content-related, and methodological matters.
Mediation and Moderating
As an independent third party, we take on the design, facilitation, and management of processes aimed at reaching consensus. Based on a comprehensive problem analysis, proposals for reasonable objectives are formulated, and concrete measures are developed.
Seminars, Lectures and Key Notes
We offer one- or multi-day customized training and professional development seminars for groups. Our seminars are science-based and typically include a theoretical part and a practical part with negotiation simulations and role-playing.
Lectures and key note speeches can also be offered upon request.
